Entity Formation and Buying and Selling Businesses
Mitch uses consulting and litigation experience to provide practical and actionable legal advice. He forms entities as a strategic process, drafting documents to be a road map for business success. For established businesses, Mitch helps clients buy or sell a business. Together Mitch and his clients focus not just on documents, but the process needed to evaluate the transaction. Clients in a business purchase use Mitch to draft Stock/Asset Purchase Agreements or Membership Interest Agreements, and the related exhibits. Working with Mitch, clients learn it is not the document that should be the focus of the transaction, but the process the parties follow to create the final agreements.
Contract Review and Real Estate Transactions
Clients also look to Mitch for ongoing legal advice for everyday matters and general answers to everyday business questions. In working with his clients, Mitch reviews current formation and business contracts for his clients. Documents include master and service level agreements and related statements of work, consulting and referral agreements, and supplier agreements.
