This also includes all surveys, courses, templates, guides, blog posts, resources, and services provided outside of our typical attorney client engagement. This will also include any templates or documents (other than those created for you as a firm client), guides, forms, worksheets, workbooks, and Course material.
“Content” below, we include all information (written, audio, and visual) on the Sites, including downloadable material that we send to you or that you access through the Site. This does not include any attorney-client material that is governed under a separate engagement letter.

In addition to information submitted via our website, individuals who call the Zoll Firm’s main phone line may be recorded by our VOIP telephone system, and calls may be transcribed or summarized by AI technology as part of the system. We maintain call logs of all inbound and outbound calls to our firm to accurately reflect our interactions with clients, potential clients, and third parties, and we maintain those call logs in accordance with our internal data preservation policies. Logs may include actual audio files, transcripts, and transcript summaries, as well as logs regarding the phone number making or receiving the call, the time the call was made, and the duration of the call.

We do not market to children. The Site and Services are intended for business owners and adults, and as such intended for users 18 and older.
